The purpose of our strategic plan is to build a process of continuous improvement in the six key result areas (KRA’s) identified through the DEET Accountability and Performance Review Framework –. Teaching and Learning, Student Well being and Engagement, Student Pathways and Transitions, Organisational Health and Learning, Community Engagement and Financial Health.
This improvement must occur within the scope of our vision statement and there needs to be a transparent means to record the change in the performance indicators for each year.
Our strategic plan is a work in progress. We have identified which elements of our current practice we believe promote positive outcomes in each of the KRA’s. Interested bodies will develop or maintain strategies they believe will help promote improved results. Following staff and (where appropriate) council approval of the strategy it will be included as part of the strategic plan.
Each year we will identify priority areas as part of our Annual Operational Plan. These will receive greater attention and other areas will be maintained during that year.
