Information technology at Katherine high school is a professional and exciting subject which prepares students for the modern world. IT courses at the KHS range from simple touch typing and word processing to the more exciting and powerful multimedia applications such as website design, flash animation and graphic manipulation.

KHS has recently upgraded it's 5 IT labs by installing the new high performance Dell Optiplex GX760 PCs with 17 inch LCD screen. The PC's are also equipped with the latest industry standard software from Microsoft and Adobe. KHS is also in the process of rolling out nearly 300 new laptops for student use and a state of the art wireless network.
