NOTE: If your child is currently undertaking year 6 at a government primary school in Katherine then their enrolment into year 7 at the Katherine High School will be completed as part of the transitioning activities that are organised by the primary and high schools in term 4.

2012 Semester 1 Subject Description Booklet
In year 11, students complete Stage 1 of their Northern Territory Certificate of Education (NTCE). Students choose their own subjects for both Stage 1 and 2 of their NTCE. Enrolments in Stage 1 require an interview with the parents/guardian, student and an Assistant Principal. In some cases students may be permitted to complete a Stage 2 (year 12) subject during year 11. A link to the year 11 handbook is below where these options are discussed in detail.
